EXHIBIT PROCEDURES & REQUIREMENTS
- Fill out convention registration form with the appropriate financial information.
- Complete exhibit registration
- Read and sign Exhibitor’s Commitment.
- Write names of staff that will need exhibitor badges.
- Set-up Thursday, April 11, beginning at 11:00 am. Booths must be taken down and the exhibit hall cleared by 10:59 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2013.
- Each exhibitor is required to display their exhibit during all exhibit hall hours.
- Exhibitors should insure their exhibit or bear responsibility for any loss from damage or theft.
IF YOUR EXHIBIT BOOTH IS SELLING MERCHANDISE WE REQUIRE YOU TO SUSPEND OPERATIONS DURING SABBATH HOURS.
