Melissa Summers’ career spans 25 years in radio and television beginning while serving in the United States Army. Since the Army she has hosted many features for various TV and Radio network affiliates throughout the country including ABC, CBS and NBC affiliates. Her voice and image has been both seen and heard around the world from appearances on “The Dating Game” and “Lifetime Television for Women”, to co-hosting an internationally syndicated radio show. It was at this juncture in her career that Summers was impressed to leave the secular realm of mass media and through a vast valley of ‘trial’, she was led back to the foundation of her faith and there segued into the christian broadcasting arena. Being offered a position at a gospel radio station, Summers accepted this position as morning show host of “The Inspiration Morning Show” on Praise 97.5FM, and during that time, she was noted as being one of the only women hosting a Morning Show solo anywhere in major market radio in the country. In less than one year Summers garnered unprecedented ratings in major market radio.

From here God guided her steps to the state of Illinois to work for one of the largest Christian Television Networks in the world, “Three Angels Broadcasting Network” (3ABN), where she hosted an internationally viewed TV program called “Issues and Answers” and served as a program coordinator for the network.

As time progresses, God is still molding and making her path through this world’s journey to Heaven’s eternity. Currently she is Executive Producer/Director of a non-profit ministry “DVI Global Productions Inc. whose sole purpose is to provide the highest quality video production services to ministries who typically could not afford such services. DVI also creates, produces, markets as well as promotes our ‘distinct’ Seventh-day Adventist message, through christian programming, to mass media. In addition, Summers simultaneously volunteers as Director of Programming for the English Television Network for Gospel Ministries International (GMI). She is responsible for providing programming for a world-wide viewing audience.

Summers heart’s desire is to blanket the globe, through video production, with the distinct messages we as a people have been so blessed to learn, and fervently commissioned by God to share.
